The Services may allow you to connect accounts and services provided by third parties, including Meta Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, advertising platforms, websites, analytics services, and other providers.
By connecting a third-party account, you confirm that:
• You have authority to access and connect that account.

Dot Media does not own or control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, policy changes, account restrictions, outages, or decisions.
5. Meta Platform Services
Certain features may use Meta APIs and services, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Platform, Marketing API, Graph API, and related Meta products.
Your use of these features is also subject to applicable Meta terms, policies, permissions, platform rules, and business requirements.
Connecting a Meta account does not transfer ownership of your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, advertising account, page, business portfolio, or other Meta asset to Dot Media.
You remain responsible for maintaining your own Meta accounts and permissions.
6. Advertising Data
Where authorized, Dot Social Intelligence may access advertising information such as campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, impressions, reach, clicks, engagement, leads, spend, conversion data, and performance metrics.
The platform may analyze this information and generate reports, recommendations, comparisons, alerts, or predictions.
Such analysis is intended to support decision-making and does not guarantee specific advertising, financial, sales, lead generation, or business results.
7. Artificial Intelligence
The Services may use artificial intelligence to analyze information, generate recommendations, prepare content, summarize conversations, draft responses, assist with customer interactions, analyze campaigns, and perform other supported activities.
AI-generated information may contain errors or may require human review.
Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them for business, financial, advertising, legal, customer service, or other significant decisions.
Dot Media does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be complete, accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
8. AI Customer Communication
Where enabled, Dot Social Intelligence may generate or suggest responses to customer messages.
Depending on workspace settings, responses may require human approval or may be sent automatically when configured conditions are satisfied.
Users are responsible for configuring their automation, approval, escalation, and AI settings appropriately.
The platform is designed to avoid knowingly inventing business-specific information such as prices, discounts, availability, refund rules, delivery promises, or commercial commitments when such information has not been approved or provided.
However, users should maintain accurate business information and review automated workflows regularly.
9. Voice and Audio Features
The Services may support audio messages, voice transcription, text-to-speech, and voice responses.
Audio may be processed by authorized technology providers for transcription or speech generation.
Voice transcription and generated speech may contain errors and should not be treated as guaranteed verbatim or legally authoritative records.
10. Automation
Dot Social Intelligence may allow users to create automations triggered by events such as messages, comments, customer activity, campaign events, or other supported conditions.
You are responsible for the automations you configure and publish.
You must not use automation to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, misleading, unauthorized, or prohibited communications.
Automations remain subject to applicable platform rules, including messaging windows, template requirements, rate limits, user consent requirements, and anti-spam policies.
11. Customer and Lead Data
The Services may store or process customer and lead information that users lawfully provide or receive through connected accounts.

13. Workspace and Data Separation
Dot Social Intelligence may support multiple clients, businesses, websites, social accounts, and workspaces.
The platform is designed to separate workspace information and prevent users from accessing information belonging to workspaces for which they are not authorized.
Users must not attempt to bypass workspace, permission, or authorization controls.
14. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content and business information that you lawfully provide to the Services.
You grant Dot Media a limited right to process that information only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload, publish, or process does not violate intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
