Dot Media respects your privacy and gives you the right to request deletion of personal data associated with our applications and services.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other Meta account to a Dot Media application and would like your associated data deleted, please contact us and request account/data deletion.

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account connected to our service, if applicable
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data

You can submit your request through our official contact page or by contacting Dot Media using the contact information published on our website.

What We Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your use of the application, including applicable account identifiers, connected social account information, stored conversation or automation data, and authentication credentials or access tokens under our control.

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Removing the App from Meta

You may also remove the application from your Facebook or Meta account settings. If additional stored information remains in Dot Media systems, you may submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
